These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rankxa platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BusySeed Inc. ("BusySeed", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise using Rankxa, you agree to these Terms.
Rankxa is a SaaS tool that monitors how brands appear in AI search engines (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview). The Service includes audits, prompt tracking, competitor analysis, content recommendations, and embeddable trust badges.
Rankxa surfaces information generated by third-party AI engines. AI outputs are probabilistic and can change without notice. We make no guarantee that any specific ranking, citation, or insight will appear, persist, or be accurate at any given moment. You agree not to rely on Rankxa output as sole input to material business decisions without independent verification.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@busyseed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use the Service to: scrape Rankxa data for resale, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, abuse rate limits, impersonate another business or individual, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these terms.
Embedded badges are served by Rankxa and reflect live ranking data. The badge HTML and accompanying "Powered by BusySeed" credit are part of the embed. Stripping or altering the credit is a violation of these Terms.
You own the data you input. We own the Rankxa platform, brand, and aggregated/derived analytics. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service.
Rankxa relies on third-party APIs and data sources, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Moz, and Brave Search. The Service is dependent on those providers’ availability and terms; outages or policy changes upstream may temporarily affect Rankxa output.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusySeed’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination we may delete account data after a 30-day retention window unless legally required to keep it longer.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
